The 21st AFCM Technical Symposium & Exhibition
The 21st AFCM Technical Symposium & Exhibition which is themed as "Progress and Sustainability in ASEAN Cement Industry” would be held in March 4-7, 2008 in Bangkok, Thailand.

Remark:
1. Fully paid registration is applicable for all functions.
2. Please note that due to fl uctuation in the exchange rate, the Organizer, TCMA is quoting all cost in

Registration Procedures
Upon receipt of the registration form and fee, an offi cial receipt will be issued. Please present the offi cial
receipt at the Registration Desk located at the foyer of Grand Ballroom, InterContinental Hotel. Registration
Desk will be opened between 13.00-18.00 hrs. on March 4, 2008 and 08.30-17.00 hrs. from March 5-7, 2008
for delegates to collect identifi cation badges and symposium kits. Delegates are advised to wear identifi cation badge at all time for security reason.
Late registration (Onsite Registration) can be made at the registration desk on arrival, but additional administrative charge (Baht 2,000/person) will be made. Payment at the Registration Desk can be made in CASH only.

Cancellation Conditions
A cancellation of registration must be made in writing to the Symposium Secretariat. Refund for cancellation of
registration will be made after the Symposium and subject to the following deadlines and charges:
• 75% of full registration fee will be refunded on the condition that the Symposium Secretariat receives the
cancellation letter by January 15, 2008.
• After January 15, 2008, no refund will be made available.
