The operation regulations of the council of the Viet nam National Cement Association
Chapter I. The council of the Viet nam National Cement Association
Article 1: The council of the Viet nam National Cement Association is the governing body of the association. The council is subject to the organization and operation regulations of the Viet nam National Cement Association
Article 2: The council of the Viet nam National Cement Association has between 17 to 21 members elected from the association’s constituent mambers and shall serve a term of 3 years (article 17)
Article 3: The recommendation of the candidates to be elected as members of the council is conforming to the article 7 of the charter og the Viet nam National Cement Association.
When the representative of the constituent member of the association regidns, that constituent member shall be resposible for introducing a new representative as stated in the article 7 of the charter of the Viet nam National Cement Association
Article 4: If a member withdraws from the Council during his/her term, a new member will be elected at the following annual meeting or irregular meeting.
Article 5: The members of the Council are not paid by the Viet nam National Cement Association, except for those directly working for the association (if any).
